By using LicensedJob you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the service.

LicensedJob is an exam-prep service for food safety certifications. It is NOT the official certification. The NYC Food Protection Certificate is obtained from the NYC Department of Health by taking their official in-person exam ($24).

You're responsible for keeping your password safe, for activity on your account, and for providing accurate information. One account per person. Don't share credentials.

Individual purchases are final after 30 days. Before then we offer a full money-back guarantee for any reason. Business subscriptions are billed monthly or annually; cancel any time from your dashboard.

Don't share your account. Don't copy or redistribute our content. Don't attempt to cheat an exam by taking it in someone else's name. Don't upload illegal or harmful content.

All course content (text, illustrations, audio, quiz code) is owned by LicensedJob. You have a personal license to use it during your access period. No reselling or redistribution.

We do our best to keep content accurate and current. We do NOT guarantee you will pass the official exam — that's between you and the DOH. We are NOT responsible for your employer, specific regulations beyond NYC FPC, or DOH decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid in the prior 12 months.

We can update these terms. For material changes, we'll email you. Continued use means acceptance.
