Summary
LicensedJob collects the minimum information needed to deliver food safety training. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We store it securely and delete it when you ask.
Data we collect
- Account info: email, full name, preferred language
- Training data: completed modules, quiz scores, practice exam attempts
- Payment data: processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers
- Technical data: IP address, browser, operating system (for security)
How we use your data
To deliver the service (show your courses, track your progress, generate your certificate), process payments via Stripe, send you account-related emails, and improve the product. If your employer pays for your access, your manager can see your training progress but not your password or any personal data outside of training.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email us at privacy@licensedjob.com (or use the button in your dashboard) and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in California, you also have rights under CCPA.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect your account. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
